Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Precise Traders LLC. We value your business and aim to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5-10 business days).
3. Shipping for Returns
The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- Standard Returns (Change of Mind): This applies to returns where the product is fully functional but you no longer want it, ordered the wrong size/color by mistake, or simply changed your mind. In these cases, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Returns Due to Our Error: If the return is a result of our mistake—such as receiving an incorrect item, a defective product, or a damaged shipment—Precise Traders LLC will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
4. Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We require photo evidence of the damage and the packaging to process a replacement or refund.
